Juwel bulbs

Hey I was just wanting confirmation that it is the t5 day bulb which promotes plant growth

i think the different names for the juwel bulb's are more to do with the colour of light they produce then anything else. It does say they promote growth but don't know if they do so more then any other type, although i'm no expert on the matter

but which one we are tallking about? daylight?
